4. Who has access to your data
Your data is accessed only by the WON/ESNCH Secretariat, Executive Committee and the coordinators of the Working Groups you apply to, where needed. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our activities (for example website hosting, email delivery and analytics providers), who process it on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements, or where we are required to by law.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep your data

6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function and to keep it secure. We may also use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used and improve it; these are only set with your consent where required. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, although some parts of the site may then not work properly.
